GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING

The following Motion was passed at the December 20th, 2009 Meeting of the General Membership:

“Be it resolved the membership of the Blomidon Golf Club accept the proposal from the City of Corner Brook to construct a new curling facility on the premises of the Blomidon Golf Club. The construction will be fully funded by the City of Corner Brook and will be carried out only under the supervision and approval; of the Blomidon Board of Directors.”



The Board of Directors would like to thank the membership for taking the time to openly discuss the project of building a curling facility at Blomidon. As the project proceeds updates will be posted on this website.



In addition, the Board would like to thank the City of Corner Brook, specifically the Mayor, Neville Greeley, Mike Dolter the City's Chief Administrative Officer along with Carl Loughlin and George Spracklin from the Corner Brook Curling Club.

Men's Day Skins

Hi all,

We will be continuing with our weekly Men's Day skins for at least another week. The next date is Thursday, September 24th. Tee Times are blocked from 12:30 until 3:30pm. Book early, daylight is limited!!!

Cost is $20.00 (meal included).


It looks like we will be having a closing skins day on a Sunday (date to be determined) where we will draw for the membership. I will keep you updated.
